CX Labs collaborated with stakeholders across the Alexa and Echo orgs to produce a quarterly video series on a small budget that kept. getting. smaller. After each series launched, it was time to start writing our next scripts—and rewriting our approach. In under a year, our tiny team made 24 infotaining tutorials that resulted in millions of views, multiple awards, and one unforgettable host.
